My Goals:
Overall goal: Lose as much weight as I can on this journey before I eventually call it quits. Or achieve the impossible and reach that 'goal' weight/size/whatnot.
But that's so far away at the start, I can't even decide on how far to reach.
Mini goal 1:
The first 10 kgs to see if this thing works.
Started: 2011-11-16
Completed: 2012-01-12
Mini goal 2:
10 more to make absolutely sure it works.
My Program:
Do the SP thing. Tracking food eating. Keep the weekly average daily caloric intake inside the 1200-1550.
Holding regular exercise back as a secret weapon to break the stand still when, not if, I hit a plateau.
Or something, maybe once I get bored with 10 kgs chunks as mini goals.
Personal Information:
Beware, food tracker may be partly in a strange foreign language and contain strange foreign foods.
Unless you're Swedish... Then you'll feel right at home.
Other Information:
Gamer, sceptic, blissfully childfree, armchair researcher with a penchant for history, capital A - Atheist with a very low tolerance for woo. With one exemption - I do consider a good conspiracy theory to be just about the most amusing thing ever. Can't get enough of them. Although I suspect they're not meant to be consumed for the humour value...
