Introduction Text "When man has a hand in the manufacture of food, chances are it is junk". If I remember this and continue to work out and "eat clean" then I should be looking good this Spring!

My goal is to lose 50 pounds. I would like to lose between 1-2 pounds per week. Also, my goal is to get back to working out with weights 3x a week and doing cardio for at least 4-5 days per week too.

I will track my calories and water in-take. I plan to keep my calories between 1200-1500 and eat 5-6 meals per day. I also would like to walk 30 minutes each morning before work if possible.

I am married and have 2 daughters. I also have 2 dogs- a Golden Retriever, Max and a Sharpei/Chocolate lab named Rusty who we rescued.

I enjoy weight training and pushing my body to the max, Zumba, Pilates,reading, bike riding, gardening, traveling, and taking pictures.
