MY SPARKPAGE--GATOR12
I have been a member of SP since end of 1-09. I met my goal in mid- May and am maintaining since then. Of course there have been up's and downs and I am still not magic and have gained and relost but I am better able to see what my strengths and weaknesses are. I love SP, which is the loving, caring PEOPLE I've met on the site.

My Goals:
I will do cardio 5-6 days weekly at least 30 min
I will do strength training for 3 days (at least) weekly for 20-30 min daily.
My Program:
I belong to a Fitness Center thru work and do have free weights and alternate program for home.
Personal Information:
I LOVE TO READ, RIDE MOTORCYCLE, TRAVEL. MY CHURCH AND CHURCH FAMILY ARE VERY IMPORTANT BUT OF COURSE GOD IS MY LORD.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE A TRAVEL TRAILER WE PUT OUR GOLD WING IN AND GO TO AZ OR TX FOR A FEW WKS IN COLD WEATHER. WE LOVE TO HIKE TRAILS IN MTS.
