Thank you for stopping by my page... a little info about me... hmmm.... Well I am a 35 year old single mom of three amazing kids... in my younger years I was extrememly athletic (weight 98-108) but as I am sure many of you would agree... when life happens... you tend to take care of others before yourself... well story of my life and before I knew it I had gained 160 pounds... I have tried everything under the sun over the past few years... and have been successful a few times at weightloss... only to plateau... give up... and gain even more back!!! I hope with the help of Spark People and members like you that I can succeed this time!! Any support and encouragement is welcome and appreciated!!!     Yes we should! haha. work today. 130-9 but probabaly off early. i need to start doing cardio when i get home at night i think, instead of going down being cold and curling up in a blanket! haha
