First post:
Hmm.. I don't eat too bad in terms of portions or food type, the problem that I have is that after I lost my job a couple years ago, I fell into depression & have no schedule to speak of. My husband has no set schedule for work, so our eating and sleeping patterns are non-existent. In addition to trying out this site, I am busy in my life/home trying to simplify, declutter, and/or otherwise become more healthy on all fronts.

My Goals:
Goal 1: fit into smaller sizes again

Goal 2: be able to race around after my almost 3 year old son! :)

Goal 3: lifestyle change, want to be overall healthier

My Program:
1: Eat healthier
2: Better eating & sleeping schedule
3: Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day
4: Walk every day or every other day
5: Search out motivation/inspiration on a daily basis

- New pair of shoes.
- A Mini-trip { stay-cation }
- Mani/Pedi

Personal Information:
I am a 30 something, wife and mother of a near 3 year old boy { my miracle baby }, from Southern California.

I am here to make a change in my lifestyle, not really looking for a diet, just a better way of being in life. Which just happens to include eating better & getting more exercise.

Other Information:
I am not typically an upbeat person, I am positive for others, not myself. I am rarely happy, bubbly, or the like and it's okay, that's just my personality. So don't worry, it's typical.

But if you need support or positive vibes sent your way, I'm all over it!
