the BF is embarking on a Thanksgiving to Easter WeightLoss endeavor. This is good motivation for me. (will weigh-in on Turkey Day and add measurements and maybe some photos. Don't hold your breath for the photos.

But, I want so much more out of what lowering
my weight can give me. I tend to be an
Emotional Eater. If you piss me off, I eat
in retaliation.

April 27, 2015 ~ Found it ...
on April 26th, my weigh-in day. The scales read:
169.8 ...
My highest ever recorded weight was 313. But, a few years ago, I learned that the scales I used to weigh on only went up to 315 pounds. Shock & Horror, filled my soul. I'm better now. But my point is that yesterday I weighed half of what I was in year 2003.
It has been a Long Time coming! ~ "a change is gonna come"

October 28, 2014 ~ We are home now. My BF was in the hospital for 3.5 weeks from an auto accident. He has broke his neck and also has some right arm pain. Other than that he is a fully functioning man. I am Thankful. We are resting and taking care of business one day at a Time.

October 14, 2014 ~ Tuesday:
am sure I've walked many miles lately, but unsure of how many. my boyFriend has been in a hospital 2 1/2 hours from our home since October 3rd. He has broke his neck and in a very slow recovery. My Life has literally changed overnight. This is the first time I've been on the computer in a while and it's a weird feeling, i feel guilty for being in my girl=friend's hotel room even though the hospital is only a 10 minute walk from here. I have lost weight, but it is the STRESS DIET. I do NOT Recommend it. ~ Naomi

BINGE: Mustard Cheeseburger, but it hit the spot.
Positive Reinforcement: going to town, paid all my bills. i am DebT Free again! it was a burden, and now i am free!

There is a roadblock within and I am slowly trying to figure out how to get over or through it. My highest weight ever recorded was 313#. Today, 08/27/2014 - my weight is 179.6.

I signed up here to get info about how to help me lose 1#/week. I need some motivation and I like this site because I can be friends with people and talk w/out having to actually be in the same room with you. I have some social anxiety issues.
