    Hello, Thank-you for checking on me. My diabetes continues to stay in the dormat mode, but it is my mind that starts wandering saying maybe I wasn't that bad, maybe I'm making too big of a deal out of this. I need SparkPeople to keep my mind in check also. emoticon

    Pam thanks for commenting on my blog. I have now been told the parents knew the baby would not live long and were even advised to abort this twin as they were in separate sacs. When I posted that blog I did not know that part. I know that probably did not make it any easier on the parents but I thought the same thing--it was a blessing that God did take him on home. Hope you are doing great!!! emoticon

    This is more of an elimination diet to heal my digestive issues. I have a lot of food intolerances and allergies. The bran in brown rice aggravates my intestines, so my doctor recommended plain white rice. 🙂

    Rice can raise blood sugar, just like any other carbohydrate. I actually have low blood sugar, so my doctor recommended those diets to stabilize me. I don’t eat any sugar, and I only have 1 serving of fruit a day. I’m so longer weak and shaky.
