I'm loving being a newlywed and moved to start our new life together in southern southern San Diego. I love our new area - everyone seems so fit, happy and healthy. Sometimes I walk around Coronado beach and just think, wow, I want to be more like these people and less like my cold weather upper Michigan self. :)

These first few months since the wedding have been relaxed, and laaaazy! No workouts, eating whatever we want, and I feel the effects of it for sure. Hardly any of my clothes fit. I lost about 12 pounds before the wedding and it's all come back and then some. We're planning a delayed honeymoon for our one year anniversary, and that is my new goal. April 1, 2013. 135 pounds. I can do it.

My Goals:
Look HOT on my delayed honeymoon! April 1, 2013 will be the big day!

My Program:
Southern California beach and son, swimming pool in the building.

Swimming 3x/week, beach walk/jog or a hike every weekend.

Turbo Jam! Slim in 6! at home, I love Beachbody.

Yoga for Stress Relief.

Small gym at work, pilates studio across the week. Maybe I should invest in a few classes.

Now I need to figure out a way to combine these to reach my goals!

Personal Information:
I'm 27 and have always struggled to not gain weight. Lately I've been losing the battle.. I'm motivated because I can't close any of my jeans, my thighs are rubbing together, and i just feel awful overall. I need to get myself under control!

Other Information:
Spark is fabulous -- life-changing.
