Hi! My name is Frankie. I'm 54 years old. I'm here to get healthy. Hope to lose a few pounds. I do feel better than a year and a half ago when I started Spark. I can exercise longer and do more. I still would like to have my health under control and in better shape. Slowly getting there.

Fall 5% Challenge
Fall BL Challenge

Strength training 5 times a week.
Cardio 6 times a week.
Eat breakfast every morning
No eating after 7 pm
Eat smaller meals

The reasons I want to lose weight
1. be healthier
2. help the pain in my knees and back
3. able to do yoga moves better
4 keep diabetes away
5. feel better in my clothes
6 Stay off blood pressure meds

8. take longer walks
