Introduction Text I have been using Spark People on and off now for the last few years. In 2009 I successfully lost a little over 50 lbs using this great website. I then got pregnant and gained 40 lbs back. My preganancy was a great one. I never got sick and felt great. When I got to be 28 weeks pregnant during an ultrasound they found that my baby could have some possible health issues. Before anything was confirmed at 30 weeks I went into labor early. Had to have an emergency c-section and my little girl, Lola, was born. She was a doll. The test results came back positive and she had trisomy 21, Down syndrome. With the many health issues she had she passed away a week after she was born. She is my angel baby and I am ready to finally get healthy once again. I do this in her honor. It has almost been a year since she has passed. I need to make her proud! It is hard everyday but I know I can do this. My goal is to get healthy once again and hopefully get another chance at having a baby.

Right now my biggest goal is to stay on track. Track my food daily. Workout 5 days a week. Make all my foods from home. My main goal for losing weight is to get healthy so I can get pregnant again.

I love taking classes at the gym so my goal is to go to three classes a week. Right now my current favorite is Zumba! Fun way to burn calories and dance. I want to eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, and exercise!

My name is Sophia and I am a local Las Vegas girl born and raised. Right now I am trying to rebuild my life after a loss. It is hard to get up again after such a hard fall but I am keeping my head up high and know this can be done.

It is kind of like I am starting from scratch. I want to focus on my health, build a great life with my husband, and grow our family.
