I Will Lose It!


Continuing in 2021 my health journey. Physically, mentally and spiritually. 2020 was AWESOME for me! In the spring of 2018 I was 202lbs, and then ballooned up to 230 by the end of the year. In 2019 I was able to get down to 218. In 2020 I decided to hit it full force and was able to get down to 176lbs! Then the Holidays hit.... woops. I put on a few pounds, but no biggie. Those will come off. Shooting for 150 but really the healthiest me! **Milestones** September 30, 2020= ...

Checked in today at 199.8! Out of the 200s!!! July 7, 2020- Hit 200.8 lbs! Now in the 200 lb range and almost in ONEderland! July 2, 2020- Hit the 202.2 lb goal! It feels amazing to finally take off all that extra weight I accumulated in the past two years!

 I take a lot of steps a day, do cardio (almost) daily, strength training every other day, and trying to incorporate some yoga.
