    Hey , thanks for the comment emoticon I take in 600-800 calories for two weeks,but protien calories are free. Then on week three I increase to 1,000 to 1,200 and repeat the cycle. Lots of water or diet soda if you like. No fried food and if you eat out check the nutritional value on line before going. Just start by making small changes and work your way up. It seems hard at first but then the results are worth it.
    When I first started execisingI would just walk for one hour six days a week. Just start out at about thirty minutes until you can build your self up.
