Hi Again! I just wanted to tell you something that has helped me. I have been listening to Half Size Me podcasts on my way to work and when I walk. They are PHENOMENAL! There was an interview with a teacher who has a blog called It Sux to Be Fat. I loved it! The other thing I wanted to tell you is for the past few months, I have been planning my meals for the week on Sundays, and packing them all up MTWTHF (lunches and snacks) for work. Then I never question what I'm going to eat. It takes me a lot of time now but once I get into a swing, I'll pretty much have it down to about an hour. I just use little gift bags and chuck the stuff in there and that way it takes NO time during the week. Hope you are doing well!!!! 2572 days ago
