Introduction Text Hi, I'm Leslie and I have been on Sparkpeople on and off for about 4 years. I am a weight yo-yo and I am so tired of that. I really need to get involved this time like I was the first time! Thanks-Leslie

To just lose 1 pound per week x 52 weeks and not regain ANY weight! To become theperson that God wants me to be...more like Him! To be te best mother, Gran and friend that I can be.

1)1900-2250 calories per day 2)Spark EVERYDAY 3)Accurately track EVERY bite! Every Day! 4)Blog & support others daily! 5) I am now swimming at least 3 times weekly

I am from Arkansas. I am a pro-life Christian . I know that our country needs a true revival and I pray for that everyday. I have a 31 years old son, Ryan, his wife Christie and my 2 wonderful grandkids, Kaitlyn & Spencer. I have 6 birds and a chihuahua named Minnie. I am separated from my husband of 10 years and live alone.

I love my chihuahua, Minnie, and I miss my little buddy Pancho who died on June 20, 2011 at the age of 15, he also was a chihuahua with an attitude!!!! He was a good friend! and my 4 parakeets, Stubby & Skipper, Little Buddy & Bonnie Blue. 2 lovebirds, Ophelia and Hamlet, and 1 cockatiel,Kozmo, scrapbooking, grilling out, church, traveling especially to the beaches in Florida!
