    You will get through this hard period. Take a break from your usual routines. Change up the food by eating the a little of the foods you like but add a lot of veggies to fill you up. Exercise at a different time of day or change the exercises you do. Find a pleasant walking route past a lake or park and sit enjoying the view. Your attitude will change soon enough. Just don't stop doing something every day. Once you completely quit everything, even for a few days, you will find yourself slipping back into old habits. I know you won't quit. You just need to change things for a bit.
