My Goals:
I want my weight to be around 70 lbs and would like a dress size 8-10.
I want to be able to shop at regular stores.
I want to be able to do anything I set my mind to, being physically fit enough.
I want to be a good role model for my kids.
My Program:
Almased for first few months, then diet only. Exercise doing stuff I like and eventually get back into the gym on a regular basis.

Grew up in Germany until age 15, now living in Welland, Ontario Canada with my husband & 2 kids.

My Goals:
I want my weight to be around 70 lbs and would like a dress size 8-10. I want to be able to shop at regular stores. I want to be able to do anything I set my mind to, being physically fit enough. I want to be a good role model for my kids.
My Program:
Almased for first few months, then diet only. Exercise doing stuff I like and eventually get back into the gym on a regular basis.

Hi how you been doing? I am doing the Almased, take it for 2 meals and eat healthy meal. Exercise 40 mins a day.
