FIT MAMA OF 4
I am the mom of 4 wonderful kids. Prior to having children, I was very healthy and fit. I ate right and spent a lot of time working out in the gym (weight training and cardio/step aerobics/aerobics). I grew up playing soccer and hoped to play in an adult league some day. I felt good about myself and who I was. 4 kids later I find myself out of shape and overweight.
My goal is to start putting myself first so that I can get healthy and fit again. I want to set a good ...

My goal is to start putting myself first so that I can get healthy and fit again. I want to set a good example for my kids so that they know what a healthy mom is and will lead healthy lifestyles themselves. I look forward to a new and improved me AND living up to my name: Fit Mama of 4!

PROGRAM GOALS:
High protein/low carb and minimal wheat/8 glasses of water a day/record all food/in bed by 11am/at least 30 mins of HIIT 5X a week/ strength training 2-3X week

I'm a 44-yr old SAHM from Northern Virginia. My kids are 13, 11, 9, & 5.
Other Information:
I love spending time with my family, but when I get a few free minutes to myself, my favorite things to do are: work out, listen to music, read a good book, play soccer, shoot hoops, , cook (always looking for healthy, delicious recipes) and play word games on my ipad. I also love to write . . . . hoping to find inspiration to write a book someday.
