Introduction Text My word for 2020 is STRONG. I have been working toward becoming stronger in several areas: 1. Losing the weight that has crept on the past few years. I am aiming for 17 pounds. 2. Becoming physically stronger through regular strength training and stretching. 3. Building my immunity by eating healthy foods and taking my supplements. 4. Strengthening my relationships by being more intentional and focused. 5. Growing spiritually through Bible reading and prayer.



Eating low carb - walking and strength training.

I'm from South Dakota. My hobbies include spending time with my family, reading, home improvement projects, trying new recipes and walking my Yorkie, Jewel (AKA Feisty Pants).
