I'm not sure if I am ready but, I am willing. I am willing to change. I have become a binge eater over the years and think it has gotten worse. know I can do this. I have to do it one meal at a time. I love food. I have an addictive personality and it has ruled my life. I am going to take control of my life. I am 47 yrs old, have lots of joint problems as well as fibromyalgia. My weight is killing me. I don't think I will live long if I don't start treating myself better. The way I eat is abusing my body. So why is it so hard? Well, one day at a time. Here we go. :) I'm done with, by my next birthday I'll be thinner, by my granddaughters next birthday, by Christmas, it is just never ending. Only I can change me. It's just hard.

TO WEAR A ONE PIECE BATHING SUIT WITHOUT HAVING TO WEAR A SKIRT WITH IT.

TO FIT COMFORTABLY IN A CHAIR.

TO LAY DOWN AND NOT FEEL LIKE A BEACHED WHALE.



My Program:
FOLLOW DR. OZ YOU ON A DIET
-WALK 30 MINUTES A DAY
-TRACK MY FOOD DAILY

-WEIGHT TRAIN 3 X'S A WEEK
TUES, THURS, SAT




Personal Information:
Hello, My name is Allie and I am happily married. I currently struggle with fibromyalgia, depression, and arthritis in my low back and a few other spots. I know losing weight will benefit me in so many ways but I have struggled with my poor eating habits. I am not going to give up.


Other Information:
I am a self help guru. Love my self-help books, (Louise Hay is one of my favorite authors.) I learn a little from each.
I love the ocean & try to go as often as I can. I love children, animals, & nature. I love life. Now, I just need to start living it instead of viewing it.

    Keep looking for positive successes. The scale can be a tool or it can be the enemy and certainly for me it bounces back and forth. Giving up the "diet" mentality has helped me so much. Instead I am focusing on positive choices. If I choose well then I am succeeding and when I don't choose well then I try and figure out why. I liked that when you felt low you jumped on the bike or went to post on teams. Good choices. Just one choice at a time and the side effect is eventually your body will learn to trust you and release the weight.
