I have always been a believer in natural health, eating well and exercise. Well, I have fallen off the bandwagon and need to get back on! Children and busyness have taken over. I do not want to be a hypocrite in preaching health to others and not living my own beliefs. I want to live and show others passion for what I believe in. I want to be an example and a light shining for those around me. Be the change you want the world to see!

Fitness Minutes: 65

My Goals:
To be healthy and fit!
I was diagnosed in May 2007 with fibromyalgia. This is a struggle to find balance with.
(I don't want this to control me anymore)
Mind over matter!

Eating clean is the backbone of my program. I do allow a couple of cheats a week, it keeps me on track. Curently I am focusing on building my strength. I lift weights 3-4x's per wk and am beginning to add back a couple of HITT sessions per wk. I would like to enter my first figure show in June 2011.


My Program:
Preperation, Perserverance and progression. These are the words I now live by.
I will prepare my training sessions, I will be consistant and perservere and I will make sure that I am progressing in my program, changing things up and getting stronger.

Mon. Chest, shoulders, triceps-- cardio-HITT

Tues. Hams, quads, abs

Wed. Back, biceps-- cardio

Thurs. Shoulders, calves, abs

Fri. Chest, triceps-- cardio-HITT

Sat. Hams, quads, abs
Sun. Rest



Personal Information:
I am 32 years young.
I am a mother of four wonderful boys, wife to a great husband and a personal trainer.
I live in sunny Kissimme, FL.
I have been married to my husband for 13 yrs-- where does the time go!
I love health and fitness and strive to encourage others in their journey.
