It’s hot outside, but Fall is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of September. The challenge consists of 11 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

September is here. September has 30 days. What can I do (We Do) in the next 30 days to improve our health and lose a few pounds? I am going to start using Stretch Bands and do the SparkPeople 20-Minute Resistance Band Video 3x a week, because I think I need to build up my muscles a bit.
What change can you make for September ? Even the smallest change can make a difference.!!!
