Introduction Text I will be better to myself TODAY, for yesterday is past & gone. I will be a positive force in someone's life TODAY as well, we are all on a journey and it is in helping each other that we reach our destination. To God be all the Glory!

My primary goal is to eat healthy and lose weight, in hopes of getting off diabetes medication.

Eating healthy, overcoming emotional eating, and consistent exercise will be the focus of my program. No longer on a "diet"! No longer beating myself up if I don't do perfect.
