Introduction Text Okay, my humor has changed. I'm tired of making fat jokes about myself and others. Time to turn over a new leaf without dipping the damn thing in mayo and eatin' it.

Start walking more, eating more regularly and not starve myself into a balloon shaped hippo Update: I joined the Y and it's going to rock! and kick my butt in gear and shape. :0)

This is a start, I really like how this thing is laid out for me, FUN and easy peasy. Right now I plan on buying scales (god forbid) and trying to more well balanced, and start my Sansone dvd that's been in the wrapper for almost a month. I walk a lot so that's always good, but I usually walk to get junk food like bars, buns and seafood subs at Subway. Update: Bought scales, I cannot believe that I don't get the urge to step on it every damn day either. LOL which is good. But now that I'm going to the Y 4 times a week I will be weighing myself more. xoxoxo Christa
