Introduction Text After more years of continuous sinus infections, I finally discovered that I can't tolerate gluten or dairy. Instead of taking $300 of prescriptions each month, I go to acupuncture sessions. Since eliminating gluten and most dairy, I breathe better and sleep better. My asthma and eczema symptoms are barely noticeable. And the most amazing thing is that my food cravings are gone -- all of them. I'm losing weight without having to fight for every single ounce. I no longer ache to withdraw myself from people, so I'm taking classes and learning new things. I'll check in from time to time. Still taking things slowly until I trust in the fact that I'm better. But I haven't had a sinus infection since last April and haven't had a asthma/eczema outbreak since sometime in the fall. This is quite astonishing, since I'm not sure I've gone 6 weeks without antibiotics since 2003.
