What I want for you is to see you smile more and not take life so seriously. Sometimes things happen you did not cause them.
I want to see a healthier you. Its ok to say no to desserts if friends go out of their way to bake a special something take a small piece or a bite. You do not have to make them feel good by making yourself ...

I want to see you working hard for a fit body, a healthier heart and all other organs.
I want to see the happiness on your face, I want to express the love I feel for you. I want to hear the love others are feeling for you.
I am looking forward to seeing you on May 7, 2013 fitter, leaner, and happier and even more beautiful!
