    I am so sorry that it has taken me so incredibly long to get back to you! I actually got pregnant and decided not to obsess about my weight while pregnant, so I stopped going on SparkPeople. Now I am back though, and more excited than ever to focus on my weight loss. How are you doing? Have you found anything that works well for you?

    Frugal Friend,
    Hope you are up to doing the Turkey Shuffle with the team on our way to meeting a new goal by Thanksgiving. In US that is the last Thursday of November. I realize you celebrate a month earlier than we do. So to give you more time, you might want to use the date in November. One of your fellow country-women said she was going to lose the weight of one turkey by the Canadian Thanksgiving.

    Thank you so much for what you said on my blog! I'm very glad I don't have to take a lot of meds, but I have decided I'll take what I need for a healthier life! I sure have a lot better days now that I'm up and MOVING! emoticon

    Hey, thanks for sending me a message. Yes, I did 2 triathlons and found it really hard. Running with extra weight just sucks. I love them and will keep doing it but just rather be 20 lbs lighter.
    Lots of people have a hard time with the swim, I would rather do that than run myself. Anyways, lots of tri teams offer swim lessons, so no excuses missy.
    By the way we did Cuba for our honeymoon as well, how did you find the food?. We are thinking about going back this winter.
