Introduction Text ********* I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES ***** This will be a one-time journey that I plan to see through to completion. I praise the Lord for giving me the strength to begin, to continue when it looked hopeless and [in faith] to finish. I know this will be for life, and I am ready to accept this challenge and take it one day at a time, with His strength. Phil 4:13! I know that this will take incredible diligence and I appreciate all the support and encouragement I can get. I have a LONG road ahead of me, but I believe I can do it this time.

My first goal was that I would like to lose 10 pounds in the month of January. I made it down 9 lbs by then, so now I'd like to get another 5 lost in February.

I am planning to count my calories on here, and I would like to try to do 30 min of cardio 5 days a week with strength training at least 2 times a week. Ummm, what else. Making good choices at every meal! Drinking 100 oz of water daily.

We are a Christian family who homeschools and we live in beautiful rural Virginia.

I would like to be able to be more active as a family. We enjoy camping, hiking, biking and all things outdoors - I can't wait until I can be even BETTER at the things I love. :-)
