My name is Celeste and I have had weight problems my entire life. I'm 22 and I really want to do something about my weight. I am engaged to the most wonderful man in the world and have been steadily dating him for the past 2 years. I want to be healthy not only for myself, but for him and my future children as well.

My Goals:
I need to lose about 96 pounds, possibly more. My first major goal before 96 is 47 pounds because then I will officially be just over weight and NOT obese anymore.

My Program:
 I started using Spark People recently and I'm hoping to see it work. My fiance has also said he wants to help and support me and told me he would go running with me over the summer. Right now while I'm at school I'm using the gym provided at my dorm.

My name is Celeste and I'm currently attending Central Michigan University and majoring in Elementary Education and minoring in Child Development. I ultimately want to be a preschool teacher and a wife and mother.

    Happy Earth Day!!! This is a great day to look at what you do in your daily behavior and see if there are "green" ways of doing them. The best thing to do is start with reusable bags when you shop anyway, not just the grocery store. I'm also big on a recycling, call up your local trash department and see what their recycle rules are. Enjoy your Earth Day, do something good for Mother Earth!
