Like everybody, I've had my ups and downs. I'm creeping up again and want to stop the insanity! I've been as low as 155 and as high as 221. I know that food has been a crutch for some pretty miserable times in my life (221 was right prior to my divorce... go figure). 155 was college, I was smoking hot, had my whole life in front of me and not a care in the world... what's not to be happy about?

Life happens... fast forward to now....

The notion of losing weight is always in the back of my head but, at times, not such a priority. I've found the man of my dreams, have a great family and am pretty much loving life. I suppose I've been a somewhat complacent here lately about my health and fitness and there really is no excuse!

So here I am..... I've started this page to hold myself accountable. I love charts and graphs and seeing everything on paper is quite the eye-opener! I would love to meet some local people who are endeavoring on this journey! Drop me a line....

I want to be 160 lbs and healthy!

How I'm going to get there:
Lose 50 pounds.
Get my cholesterol below 200 within one year
Get my BMI to normal: 24.9 within one year
Get my body fat to under 30% within one year

Improve overall health now
I want to look Good Naked!!!!!
Prevent long term problems.... i don't want to be a burden on my family later in life.
I want to be active when I'm retired.

1. Close the cabinet doors
2. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water daily.
3. Exercise three times a week to start
4. Journal daily & Daily Props

MT Goal:
Weigh 190 by July 2013

Be able to show off the smoking HOT body hiding under this layer of fat!
195... still thinking about it
190... new jeans (expensive ones)
185... new silver bracelet.
180... massage at spa tattoo
170....take the kids to Great Wolf Lodge Indoor Water park

My Program:
-Drink my H20, watch my fat, carbs and cals.
-Track everything
-Journal Daily
-at least 90 minutes of exercise weekly.

    Thanks for putting your pics up!!! I LOVE your pieces!!! I'm always curious about the back story! I'm a HUGE Saints fan since '88 NOT cuz of Super Bowl!!!! What's the story! If You want to share? If it's private I get that too! The side piece is amazing!!! I'm too ticklish I think, for something like that. I always end up bitting my lip to keep from giggling anyway!!! Ankles, shoulder. I'm going to do lower back next. but that's A LONG WAY OFF!!!! One day I hope to have geckos all the way up my back. About 5 with the shoulder piece I had done yesterday! I'm short so I have to think about size as well as number. I think odd #'s look best.
