I want to be one hot momma!


Hi! I'm Shannon and I want to be one hot momma! I was always very thin. I weighed 88 pounds when I graduated from high school and 121 when I got pregnant with my first son. However, after having 2 little boys, that is no longer the case. I cannot stand the fat in my belly and really am not so excited about my upper legs either. I'm determined to get it together and be ONE HOT MOMMA!

My Program:
 Because of my high chances of diabetes and what they think must be PCOS, I am working on following a low G.I. diet. I am also doing a combination of Zumba, the cardio room at my gym, weight machines and pilates.
