Back at starting line...


Back in January 2012 I posted at 244lbs, just seeing my pic of myself in 2011/2012 at 244lbs brings back memories. I'd managed to back myself into another corner again with an additional 19 lbs, and this time I have to come out fighting for my life.

    I know what you mean. It has been 20 years (20 yrs!!!!!) since I went to school and I remember feeling like I understood what it meant to be a Witness for the first time! It is truly an amazing gift. So glad you were able to take part in it!

    Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
    However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!

    Last night I did 40-minutes of strength training and 40-minutes of walking........This morning 20-minutes of walking thus far.
