    I downloaded an app for my android phone called Flat Stomach It is a series of exercises for beginners, intermediate and advanced. You can choose which one you want and work through them. I did the first one today. I cheated and used a chair because even for beginners the ones on my knees were too much. I have had both knees replaced this last year. I still felt the effects of the exercises. It is a daily program weekly with a trophy at the end. I really like it. I am posting this on my page so others can take advantage of home exercises as well. Hope you try and enjoy it. emoticon

    1 Click on the START tab in the upper left hand corner of the page

    2 Under the word START, you will see your name, and under that, click on "Account / E-Mail Preferences"

    3 Scroll down to the heading "How My Daily Calorie Range is Determined" and click on "Change your settings so that fitness tracking does not factor into your calorie range."
