    Hey there! Wish I could shadow you on your computer like we do at work! - but Patti knows the tricks to keeping it 'simple' There is basically a to do list when you click on your 'view spark points' - I get a little more obsessed w/ the points than Patti & Mom, but it really does keep you on track - because to truly pick up fair points, you spend time filling your head w/ great ideas and your night time weak time can be displaced with this instead of that. Read the power foods list from my favs. It really helps! Love ya, Pam

    Glad to see you've hopped on board. If you need any help working your way around the many facets of Sparkpeople let me know. I keep it pretty simple so that I don't get bombarded. The plan does work - or I should say that it helps you to do the work you need to do to lose weight. I 3 days off and I could feel it. I feel a lot better now that I'm back on. The exercise is the key for me. It helps me to feel a lot better physically and emotionally. The more of us that do this and are there to support each other - the better we all do.
