I have to get healthy. I just have to.

I've been on and off Sparkpeople for lots of years, and whenever I am consistent, my health is better. But since I moved to Dallas, I've pretty much... given up. And I know I've done it and I can see what it's doing to me and I've made pretty much a conscious decision to keep doing it until now. I mean, I've gotten fatter so fast and I can feel it like I'm wearing a fat suit. This isn't me. I'm the one who ran a half marathon. I'm the one who is healthy and strong. I'm the one who can eat one cookie and be okay. That's me. I'm not the giver upper.

So although I'm very upset at myself for putting on over 50 pounds in one year, I'm going to forgive and move on. So here goes.

My Goals:
To lose weight, like always.
To feel okay jumping around, going up and down stairs and dancing around with my students.
And to run another half marathon!

My Program:
Eat healthy/watch calories.
Zumba and 28 Day Bootcamp for now. Maybe run the Dallas half this December?

I am a 5 year newlywed music teacher in Texas. I love music, books, my two kitties, art, video games, lots of stuff! I love being married to Brad! He is the greatest guy in the world and I'm so thankful that God brought us together! God is my rock and my fortress, Jesus is my Savior, the Holy Spirit is my guide.
