    I usually try to workout 3-5 days a week and do 45 minutes cardio with 45 minutes upper body and lower body (alternating days for the weights). I also do sets of cardio then some weights...like 15 min stair climber, 4 machines (3 reps of 12 for weights), 15 minute eliptical, 4 machines, 15 minute crosstrainer, free weights and abs.

    By alternating like that it helps me from getting bored and keeps my heart rate going up and down which is great for fat burning

    Thanks for stopping by my blog! I loved the cookies! So easy and hard to believe they are about 50 calories each! I have to limit myself to 3 emoticon

    Sorry you aren't feeling well! Ugh isn't it the worst when you really have the motivation to workout and you just can't because you don't feel well? It is terrible!
