Has anyone seen my self-discipline?
I'm a 28-year-old mother/student/part-time secretary from Helsinki, Finland looking to improve my irregular lifestyle - eating, sleeping, exercise habits, the whole package! I really want to be a good example to my little boy, 'cos we all know they don't do as we say but as we do!

My Goals:
A new regular life: Eating, sleeping and exercising regularly. Feeling better about myself and having more energy. Fitting into my clothes comfortably so I don't have to go buy new ones (Important! I really don't enjoy shopping...). Along the way, getting toned, fit and losing some kilos.
My Program:
I'll track my daily meals and stick to my calories (not fanatically, though; it's not good for the soul). I'll kick the sugar addiction! I'll follow my exercise program (at least 30 mins cardio 3 times per week + 30 mins strength training 3 times per week) and also make an effort to get 8 hours of sleep every night. That's a tough one... :)

I have two dogs who also keep me on the move. I like to jog, swim, cook, sing, read and watch movies. My favourite writers include Donna Tartt, Margaret Atwood, Isabel Allende and Amy Tan.
