Introduction Text I am a homeschooling mom, pastor’s wife, WMU director, REFIT®instructor, and a missionary to Kenya! My goal is to love others while helping them learn to love themselves, all while transforming their outlook on fitness and helping them better their own fitness journey. Sweating, Dancing, and worshiping is what makes me happy!

My goals are bring the REFIT® values to my Sparkpage and to my Community. I want to get tone, lean muscles but all the while learning to accept the body I am living in at the present moment.

REFIT® 6 days a week. Nutrition: No processed foods! Eat until satisfied, not full. Exercise: REFIT® and biking with the hubby Toning by learning new workout techniques I have a step goal of 10,000. I want to meet this goal 5X a week. Sunday is my rest day. Wednesday will be my Recovery Workout days.
