    2 pounds a week is a very reasonable goal! You can do it! Track your calories, make sure you're creating a calorie deficit equal to the amount of weight you want to lose, try resistance training if you haven't (it really helps build up your metabolism), and you'll lose weight and get as healthy as you want to be. I'm adding you to my friends list - check in and let me know how it's going for you! I've found that having Spark Friends has been one of the most helpful features of this site (plus they keep me laughing).
