Elisabeth, I hope I spelled your name right. I was looking through my mail and saw your post about Occupational Therapist group. I am sorry I wasn't here to give you support for that. What gives? Where is the group? I have been inactive for a time here on Spark. Well, hope all is well with you and hope to get to chat with you on here. Have a good week. From, mcgee

Some tips for healthy eating with a highly stressful schedule -
If nothing else, make sure you're packing healthy snacks. Carrot sticks, bananas, bags of cooked popcorn... Something that isn't going to go bad after 4 hours of sitting in a bag.
Meal planning has made a huge difference for myself and my family. Instead of waiting until the last minute to figure out what we're eating (And therefor being ravenous by the time it's done - or eating a high-fat/salt meal out someplace), I write out a dinner plan once a week. I usually only fill in 6 days because I figure we'll go out with friends or something at least once. But if I plan out the other six days, then I can go grocery shopping ahead of time and I can get things prepped so much easier. It has saved us money as well. And I'm flexible with it. If I don't want what's on the menu for Tuesday I just switch it with whatever other meal was planned for that week that I /am/ in the mood for. Just have to make sure we eat anything with a shorter shelf-life in time.
Also, you can make a big meal like... lasagna or something that you can split up over a couple of days and then you only have to take the time to cook once! Left overs are your friend! :)
Good luck to you as you hop back on the wagon! You can do this! :D
