I'm a software engineer and I work here at SparkPeople. Every now and then you'll see me joining strange groups and stuff like that - I swear there is always a reason - I'm not just a weirdo!

This is going to be my sparkPage... and I have this feeling like it is going to be awesome. See for yourself.

My Goals:
I would like to lower my body fat percentage, increase strength, and increase anaerobic performance.

My Program:
 I am beginning to put more anaerobic training into my normal aerobic (like sprints into normal running) and am beginning more strength training.
