My Goals:
My goal for myself is to lose the extra 25 pounds I've been carrying around since my pregnancies.
Goal Reached: July 30, 2015

I want to feel confident about my body, I want to feel stronger. I don't want to feel old.

58 kg.

I want to strengthen and tone my body.

Maintain weight loss.

My Program:
Healthy wholesome food.
Home cooked, no more junk. Low fat. No Sugar.
Careful menu planning to achieve my nutritional values daily and stay within my goals.

Exercise at least 5 times a week. Increase my overall feeling of well-being.

Try to sleep more so I don't always feel so exhausted.

Personal Information:
I became a mom at 39 and again at 42. They became my everything and I put myself on the bottom of my priority list. Now that they are both in school I can finally devote some time to ME. I am not just their mom. I am a woman who has her own needs and wants and it's not wrong or selfish of me to want to do something for myself now.

Other Information:
I want to be a good role model for my kids and teach them that living a healthy active lifestyle should be their norm, it should become second nature and it should never be something to struggle with like so many people do. If I can teach them that by example than I think I will help them live more fulfilling lives.
