Losing weight doesn't have to be hard. You don't have to feel like your depriving yourself of all the good stuff either. Weight loss is a journey, or dare I say an adventure! You get to try new ways to have healthy delicious food, learn about why you depend on food for comfort in the first place and get to feel incredibly proud when you see that scale go down. You get to meet new people, and join communities like these filled with friendly advice and motivation! Weight loss doesn't have to be hard... we just need to remember all the fun exciting parts! *Update* Well I am 16 weeks pregnant with baby number two! My Dr has carefully laid out how I can lose weight due to my obsesity prior to getting pregnant. It means the weight comes off slower but I am not letting this little bundle of joy slow my progress! Due October 31st
