I came upon SP from another website, joined in July 2009. I loved it, and lost weight by using it. I am slowly trying to get more involved.
I want to be fit and healthy not only for a better self, but to keep up with my 6 grandchildren!
I ran 2 decades ago, and would like to again, Lord willing!

My Goals:
My foremost goal is to be able to run again.
To be as fit & healthy as I can be at my age of 62.
To reach my goal weight.
To make a habit of mindful, healthful eating.

My Program:
Walk/run at least 4 times per week, increasing the amount of running.
Strength/weight train 2 times per week.
Do a personal training class once per week. Weather permitting, I go out with my granddaughter in the jogstroller. She loves it!
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Reno,NV--still in the area.
I have a wonderful, supportive husband.
I have 3 adult children, and so blessed with 6 grandchildren!
My favorite hobby is photography--my grandparents gave me a camera as a child--haven't stopped using one.
I am a Christian.
Other Information:
