My Goals:
To achieve my weight loss goal while developing, refining and maintaining healthy and realistic "forbidden" foods; faithfully measuring and journaling what I eat; and eating "mindfully" not "mindlessly."

Learning to incorporate regular exercise into my life and using that "me" time to focus on my successes and goals; being thankful for the many blessings in my life; reminding myself of the TRULY important things; and being aware of how I feel physically, emotionally and spiritually.

To be the best I can be at any given moment and realize some moments are going to better than others! :oP

To retain my sense of humor.

To keep smiling!

To reject negativism from me and others.

My Program:
Eating healthfully, mindfully, and conservatively.

Exercising at least four days a week for 20 minutes.

Personal Information:
I am the daughter and wife of retired U.S. Navy men.

I have been fortunate to have lived and traveled extensively not only within the United States, but overseas as well...Europe, the Far East and the Middle East.

I will have worked for the U.S. Navy for 30 years as a civilian this December (2010)...I SWEAR I was a prodigy and started working when I was 5 years old! LOL!

Other Information:
I discovered at an early age (and reaffimed over the years) that we are MUCH more alike than we are different regardless of our national origin, gender, race, sex, age, religion, ability or disability.
