Thanks for the comment about sun driving. I can deal with anything, with the help of sunglasses and visors, but it is a nice thing to know it is off the list with I drive to my friend's. Then I just have to worry about walking a bit in the middle and usually finding a restroom!

You are a peach! This is not a color that I can successfully wear but it looks so nice on the loom! Thanks!!!

Nice of you to comment on the photo of my new puppy, Liliwyn. We call her Lili, pronounced just like the flower, for short. We have had her for a month now, and she is pure fun! It has been years since we had a puppy, and we are truly enjoying her!
I seem to have got my meditation practice back on track, thanks largely to you. Every day when I get the alert telling me you have meditated, it inspires me to take a few minutes and do the same!
    Thank you for that!

You are so right! I have different knitting projects going all the time (too many really) and right now a lot of them are charted so they do not travel. I even take spindle spinning occasionally. I have a small spindle (less than 4" tall) that I can stick in a purse with a couple of handfuls of fiber (spinning cobweb/laceweight).

Thanks for the blog love on the Roses scarf. I'll post a picture later this week when I am actually weaving! There is a lot that comes before the actual weaving. It all starts with math--to figure out how much materials are needed for the thing to be woven and what happens if you do not have quite enough! But it is a fun process (most of the time). And the weaving is always great fun--to see 'string' become a 'something'!!!
