I started out at 223 pounds. The doctor told me that he wanted me to get down to 170 by my next yearly physical. That was in March of 2011.
My personal goal is to reach 160 by the end of the year. Right now, I am down to 174! This web site has been a very valuable tool for helping me to reach my goals and I don't hesitate to recommend it to everyone that asks about my weight.
