Fitness Minutes: 30

My Goals:
I have allowed My goals to not be apart of my life, now i'm ready and willings to be the fit man i know i can be.
(1) lose 73 lbs,
(2) have a body that my wife would drool over
(3) look fine in suits

My Program:
 (1) one week do the liquid diet

(2) week 2 to week 8 just eat salad and soup.

(3) have a daily workout every other day jogging and weight lifting.

Other Information:
 I love football, Chicago Bears are my favorite team!
