 I am currently following the Fast Metabolism Diet (Jodie Pomroy) and I love going to the gym for a class per day, five days per week.

    Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my blog I love reading them. Yes, my cocker is about 4. She was a pound puppy so don't know the exact birthday. She was underfed badly when I got her. She is beyond food crazy. I say she eats like a prison inmate because she is insane. She loves her treats and her walks just have to trim her paws better to keep the snow from building up.

    You can have my rain we have had to much.
