    ENCOURAGE others after viewing Friend Feed Activity or Journals..give someone a positive reinforcement that you're there and you're looking. The accountabilty is a very positive tool!

    DAILY track your own food and fitness in public journals..so that you may be a good example by showing someone a new food combination they may want to try!

    BLOG when you find interesting stories or videos, post to your blog. Or share your thoughts on a blog...

    TAKE TIME FOR TEAMS huddle with your team daily..read the threads and post something to share. Participate in a game or post a recipe.

    getting serious again.. lost 7.5 lbs..gotta do something. saw on the news that blogging food in a journal is one of the BEST methods to take off lbs..so here i go.
