Introduction Text I am married, mother of two grown children and grandmother of 5 wonderful children ages 22 down to 12. See more pictures of our entire family in my Photo Gallery. See before and after pictures of my successful weight-loss. A total of 72 pounds over several years. I owe most of my success to my Sparkpeople friends who supported and encouraged me thoughout my Weight-loss journey. I am certainly bless with family and friends who are truly happy with the new me,

My goals are simple. To live a healthier lifestyle, lose weight and excercise a minimum of three times per week. I want to get myself off all medication and be drug free

I am using Weight Watchers as my food program and I go to Curves regularly for my exercise. My mantra is: Forces beyond your control can take away everything you possess except one thing, your freedom to choose how you will respond to the situation. You cannot control what happens to you in life, but you can always control what you will feel and do about what happens to you.

I am an avid reader and love to play bridge. I am a professional volunteer and hold many offices in various charitable organizations. I also docent for the Milwaukee Jewish Museum. I love life and live it as I love it.
